Juniors (Ages 5-16)
A safe, non-contact introduction to striking focusing on discipline, coordination, and fitness. A perfect pairing with our Junior MMA class.
Adults
High-intensity classes focusing on pad work, heavy bag drills, and practical striking fundamentals.
What to expect in your first class:
- Jump rope and shadow boxing warm-up

How much do Muay Thai classes cost in Mildura?
Juniors are covered by the kids & teens membership at $25 per week, adults at $30 per week, casual class $25.
Is Mildura Brazilian Jiu Jitsu good for complete beginners?
Yes, absolutely. Our Muay Thai classes are very beginner-friendly. You will be partnered with experienced students or coaches who will guide you through the fundamentals safely.
What should I wear to my first BJJ class?
For a Muay Thai trial class, wear comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We train barefoot on the mats.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. Muay Thai is an incredible cardiovascular workout that will build your fitness over time. Work at your own pace during your first few classes.
